Lavender Eye Pillow:
Made of high quality ingredients, this aromatherapy pillow can be used to reduce stress during restorative yoga, meditation, or to help relax before bed. It can be chilled or warmed up to provide relief for headache, pain, or tired eyes. Flax seeds create the perfect weight needed to stimulate the vagus nerve via the eyelids. Flax seeds also hold temperature very well, both warm & cold.
Measuring 4.75" x 8.75", it’s constructed with an inner lining to help keep the weight balanced and to maintain the scent. Pillow case is removable for washing.
Ingredients: Food grade flax seeds, Organic lavender buds and Therapeutic grade lavender essential oil. Pillowcase is made of 100% Cotton fabric.
Recommended to microwave for 30 seconds for hot therapy- or freeze for 1-2 hours for cold therapy. Always check temperature to make sure it is not too hot or cold before to use.

How to use: Roll directly onto your temples, forehead, neck, and crown of your head at the first sign of tension. Rub the oil in gently with your fingertips for a soothing massage. Avoid applying near your eyes.
