Calm Shield: Fractionated Coconut oil, Black Spruce, Blue Tansy, Camphor Wood, Geranium, Frankincense, Orange, Patchouli, Tangerine and Ylang Ylang therapeutic grade essential oils. How to use: Shake well and apply generously on wrists or back/side of neck as desired.
Sweet Dreams: Fractionated Coconut oil, Lavender, Copaiba, Lime, Cedarwood, and Ocotea therapeutic grade essential oils and vanilla. How to use: Shake well and apply generously on wrists or back/side of neck as desired.
Head Tension: Fractionated Coconut oil, Peppermint, Lavender, Wintergreen and Clove therapeutic grade essential oils. How to use: Roll directly onto your temples, forehead, neck, and crown of your head at the first sign of tension. Rub the oil in gently with your fingertips for a soothing massage. Avoid applying near your eyes.

I love this product. It arrived in a nicely wrapped pretty bag and also had a lovely small colorful travel carrier for the oils . Super nice!
