When counting sheep to catch some sleep in another sleepless night, it's time to turn to natural herbs and essential oils. The W&O Herbal Sleep Sachets are filled with a mix of herbs and essential oils to support anxiety and sleep.

Place it inside your pillowcase or next to it. You can gently crush the herbs to release the smell if you would like a little more aromatherapy. Otherwise the herbs will offer a gentle, pleasant aroma that helps you drift off to sleep. Add multiple sachets for a stronger scent.

You can add 1-2 drops of lavender or chamomile essential oil to refresh it periodically.

Ingredients: Lavender buds, Chamomile flower, Lemon Balm, Orange Calendula, Rose Petals, Hibiscus, Cornflowers, therapeutic grade lavender and Chamomile essential oils. Case is made of cotton.

The packs smell good and if you crunch the ingredients, it smells stronger & helps with sleep.

This was a better sleep than I have gotten in a few weeks. I just had to figure out where to position it. I'm afraid that I will leave it inside my pillowcase which is not what I want to do. I crushed them and really slept better! Will buy from this shop again!
